Lockdown 2.0 - What does it mean for your property?

Lockdown 2.0 - What does it mean for your property?

As it was announced on Saturday that the country will be in another national Lockdown from 5th November - 2nd December but how does this affect your property Let or Sale.

As the country is dropped into another national Lockdown and the nation is sent into another period of uncertainty we're here to shed some light onto the measures being implemented from Thursday as the housing market will remain open throughout the whole time.

We are continuing to offer Virtual Valuations and Viewings as first choice whenever possible - limiting contact between everyone as much as possible and of course - making sure all COVID-19 measures must be undertaken at any physical appointments. We are still going to be finding perfect homes for as many people as possible.

If you are due to move home over the next month or so then this should remain as agreed - we know it is a worrying time for everyone however, we know removal companies who will facilitate these moves so these can still take place as intended (again all socially distanced and COVID aware). We know from discussing with solicitors that they will be open to so all house sales will complete as planned! Please just bear with them - they probably are just as busy as everyone else during these times.

Finally, we know it will be difficult throughout until winter this year and we want to stress how we are always here to help the community in any way possible.

We want to thank everyone for being so fantastic this year and want to express how we are always here to help.
