"The professionalism of you and your team has been fantastic"

We recently got one of our previous Vendors on Zoom to have a discussion about how we can improve and his thoughts throughout the sales process - this is what he had to say!

Recently Sami pulled one of our old Vendors in for a chat regarding the service we provided to gather feedback. Achieving the best service possible is one of our main goals - which is why we continually try to gain insight of our previous clientelle.

Safe to say when we took on Chris’ property back in 2019 we were ecstatic to get started marketing and selling the property. We started with an open house round in which we opened for bids. The property originally was sold, subject to contract, for £150,000. After weeks of solicitor chasing, on the day of competition; tragically the buyer pulled out of the sale.

Well, we say pulled out, they disappeared – never to answer messages or calls again.
To our dismay we got straight on the phones to the other parties who submitted their bid. Successfully gaining interest of 4-5 offers, two of which were serious. From those offers we managed to get Chris’ a successful offer of £150,000 – which completed in 3 weeks right before Christmas! We call it a Christmas miracle! (or us hounding the solicitors for hours on end every day – either or).
Utilising our 30+ years’ experience in the property industry we turned a sticky situation into a success. If you’re having trouble with buyers, agents or finding tenants – Get in touch today.

If you are thinking about moving in the next 6 to 12 months, a market appraisal is often the best first step. It gives you a clearer view of value, timing and buyer demand, helping you plan with more confidence in a competitive 2026 market.

April is the final window for landlords in England to prepare for the first phase of the Renters’ Rights Act. With the new tenancy regime starting on 1 May 2026, now is the time to review paperwork, processes and whether self-management still feels realistic.

More homes are competing for buyer attention, so sellers need more than a hopeful asking price. A smart launch, realistic valuation and strong presentation can help attract serious interest.

For tenants, April is a useful point to pause and plan. With rents still rising across the UK and the first phase of rental reform approaching in England, this is a good time to review your budget, renewal options and next move.
