"The professionalism of you and your team has been fantastic"

We recently got one of our previous Vendors on Zoom to have a discussion about how we can improve and his thoughts throughout the sales process - this is what he had to say!

Recently Sami pulled one of our old Vendors in for a chat regarding the service we provided to gather feedback. Achieving the best service possible is one of our main goals - which is why we continually try to gain insight of our previous clientelle.

Safe to say when we took on Chris’ property back in 2019 we were ecstatic to get started marketing and selling the property. We started with an open house round in which we opened for bids. The property originally was sold, subject to contract, for £150,000. After weeks of solicitor chasing, on the day of competition; tragically the buyer pulled out of the sale.

Well, we say pulled out, they disappeared – never to answer messages or calls again.
To our dismay we got straight on the phones to the other parties who submitted their bid. Successfully gaining interest of 4-5 offers, two of which were serious. From those offers we managed to get Chris’ a successful offer of £150,000 – which completed in 3 weeks right before Christmas! We call it a Christmas miracle! (or us hounding the solicitors for hours on end every day – either or).
Utilising our 30+ years’ experience in the property industry we turned a sticky situation into a success. If you’re having trouble with buyers, agents or finding tenants – Get in touch today.

There is a great deal of upheaval associated with moving house, which is particularly amplified when relocating to a new town. This article outlines the key factors to consider when relocating to ensure a smooth transition.

Buying a house is often complicated by something called the property chain. If you’re in the middle of a chain, it can feel like you're only as strong as the weakest link. Delays, fall-throughs, and unexpected hiccups are common, but with the right knowledge and approach, you can reduce the stress and improve your chances of a smooth transaction.

Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned mover, understanding the types, costs, and benefits of property surveys can save you from expensive surprises down the line.

You may have seen property gurus filling up your social media feeds with tales of how they bought a number of properties without using any of their own savings, and now they have retired at the age of 32 with a portfolio worth £10m. And of course, for the princely sum of £997, you can learn how to do this too.
